You may request a refund on the same day your order is placed. After that, the Lalaland team will begin preparing your order, so cancellations are no longer possible from the following day. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
All approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.
If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp. The Lalaland team will respond as soon as possible.

Storage & Freshness Notice
Upon receiving your order, please keep the products refrigerated. When stored at 5°C, they can be kept for up to 48 hours.
As our products are 100% natural and free from additives, we recommend consuming them as soon as possible after delivery.
