The practical part
Questions, answered plainly
Delivery, the subscription, storage, payment. If it isn’t answered here, write to us and a human replies.
Where does Lalaland Juice deliver?+
Across Singapore, to your door. You choose the delivery day at checkout.
Do you have a physical store, or can I visit you?+
We're delivery-only, and that's the best part: every bottle is pressed to order and brought straight to your door, islandwide across Singapore. There's no store, cafe, outlet or walk-in counter to visit — you pick your delivery day at checkout, and we bring it fresh to you.
How soon can my order arrive?+
The earliest delivery day is 48 hours after you order, because every bottle is pressed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. At checkout you pick any available day from then on.
How much is delivery, and is there a minimum order?+
Delivery is a flat S$9 per delivery, and it's free on any delivery of S$110 or more. Every delivery has a S$30 minimum. The same rule applies to each subscription delivery. Because it's one fee per delivery, everything headed to the same drop counts together — reach S$110 in a single delivery and it ships free, reconciled automatically even if you got there a little at a time.
How does The Ritual (the subscription) work?+
Build a box of 6 or more bottles, choose your delivery day and how often it comes. Each cycle is charged 2 days before delivery at 12pm — until that moment you can edit the box, skip a delivery, or pause, all from your account. After it's charged, that box is pressed and delivered as scheduled.
How much do subscribers save?+
A box of 6–9 bottles saves 5% on every delivery. A box of 10 or more saves 10%.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime, from your account. Pausing holds deliveries and charges until the first delivery day after your pause ends. Cancelling stops all future charges — anything you've already paid for still arrives.
How should I store the bottles, and how long do they keep?+
Bottles arrive frozen — keep them in the freezer, thaw before drinking, then keep any opened or thawed bottle refrigerated. Juices are best within 7 days of delivery; 50ml shots keep for 15 days. The juice is cold-pressed and never heat-treated, so it's a fresh product, not a shelf-stable one.
Is it safe during pregnancy?+
Our juice isn't pasteurised, so we gently ask that young children, elderly people, pregnant women and anyone with a weakened immune system check with a doctor before drinking it. The turmeric and ginger bottles in particular are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
What about allergies?+
Every ingredient is listed in full on each product page and on the bottle — nothing hidden, no syrups or powders. All bottles are pressed on shared equipment in the same kitchen, so if you have a serious allergy, please read the ingredient list and message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?+
Tell us where to leave the box (with the concierge, by the door) in your delivery note and we'll follow it — the box is insulated for the hand-over. Once it's delivered as instructed, please refrigerate or freeze it as soon as you can. If a delivery can't be completed at all, we'll contact you to rearrange; a redelivery fee may apply, quoted before we retry.
Is this a health drink, detox, or cleanse?+
No. We make no health, detox, or cleanse claims. Lalaland is cold-pressed fruit made for slowing down — we care about how a slow morning feels, not what a liquid supposedly fixes.
How do I pay?+
Secure checkout via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on your saved card, and you can update the card from your account at any time.
