Refund Policy
Daywave Trading PTE. LTD. (UEN 202537128D), Singapore · Last updated 29 July 2026
If something didn’t go to plan, we’re sorry — take a breath, and we’ll make it right together. Here’s exactly how refunds work, in plain words, so you always know just where you stand.
The short version
- Changed your mind before the cutoff? Your refund comes back in full, gladly.
- After the cutoff, your bottles are already being pressed, so we’re no longer able to refund a change of mind from there.
- If something arrived less than perfect, we’ll replace, credit or refund it — always.
Cancelling before the cutoff
You’re free to change or cancel any order — one-off or subscription box — right up to 12:00 noon (Singapore time), two days before its delivery day. Cancel before then and anything already charged comes straight back to you, in full.
After the cutoff
Our juice is perishable and pressed to order, so once that noon cutoff passes, we’ve committed real fruit to your bottles and are no longer able to refund a change of heart. It’s the reason the cutoff exists — and why we always give subscribers a friendly reminder before theirs, so the choice stays yours for as long as possible.
Subscriptions
- Each box is charged at the cutoff — 12:00 noon, two days before delivery.
- Right up to then, everything is yours to change, free, from your account: edit the box, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel.
- Cancel whenever you like and future charges stop, while any box you’ve already paid for still makes its way to you.
- If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try again the next day and then gently skip that box — so you’re only ever charged for a box that’s on its way to you.
When something needs putting right
If anything arrives that isn’t as it should be — wrong items, a missing bottle, or juice that’s damaged or spoiled — please tell us within 24 hours of delivery, and a quick photo helps us put it right at the source, not just for this order. You’ll have a replacement on the next run, a credit, or a full refund of whatever was affected — your choice. Because the juice is alive and best enjoyed fresh, that 24-hour window is simply how we can still see what happened, and it always sits alongside the rights the law gives you.
Your rights under Singapore law
Everything here sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including the “lemon law” provisions (sections 12A–12F) for anything that arrives defective. Where those rights apply, they apply in full — this policy only ever adds to them.
How refunds reach you
Your refund returns to your original payment method through Stripe, who look after our payments. We send it off promptly, and banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it on your side. If it hasn’t appeared by then, please send us your order number and we’ll follow it up with Stripe, right alongside you.
If you’d like to raise something
Please reach us with the details below and your order number — you’ll find it in your confirmation email and your account. We’ll get back to you within 2 working days and stay with it until it’s put right. Whatever it is, we’ll work it through with you until you’re happy.
We’re here for you
Please tell us first — a real person reads every message, we’ll reply within 2 working days, and we’ll stay with it until it’s put right.
However long it takes, we’ll see it through with you.
