Terms of Service
Daywave Trading PTE. LTD. (UEN 202537128D), Singapore · Last updated 29 July 2026
So you can shop with an easy mind, we’ve kept these terms in plain English and as short as they can be — an agreement feels fair when both of us can read it comfortably.
1 · Who we are, and what these terms do
This store is run by Daywave Trading PTE. LTD. (UEN 202537128D), Singapore (“Lalaland”, “we”). These terms cover your use of this site and everything you buy here, along with our Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are all part of the same agreement. Placing an order simply means you’re happy with them.
2 · The product — please read this one
To help you enjoy every bottle at its best, here are a few things worth knowing. Our juice is cold-pressed and never heat-treated — fresh, living food — so:
- Please keep it frozen from the moment it reaches you — thaw before drinking, then keep it refrigerated. Juices are best within 7 days of delivery; 50ml shots within 15 days.
- Enjoy it by the date on the bottle, and once it’s open, savour it the same day.
- Because it isn’t pasteurised, may we gently ask that young children, elderly people, pregnant women and anyone with a weakened immune system check with a doctor before drinking it — so you can enjoy it with complete peace of mind.
- Every ingredient is listed on the product page and the bottle, so please do have a look if you have any allergies.
Our juice is fruit, pressed — made for how it tastes and how a slow morning feels. It’s a food we love rather than a health product, and nothing on this site is a health or medical claim.
3 · Your account
You’re welcome to buy from the age of 18 (and younger, with a parent or guardian). Keeping your details accurate and your login to yourself helps us make sure that orders from your account are truly yours.
4 · Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy, and it’s accepted the moment we confirm it. Once in a while we may need to decline or cancel one — perhaps an address we can’t yet reach, a clear pricing slip, or something that looks like fraud — and if we do, anything charged comes straight back to you in full. Delivery days, the change cutoff and handover all follow the Delivery Policy.
5 · Prices and payment
So you always know the full cost up front, the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay, in Singapore dollars, with any GST already included. To keep your card safe, Stripe looks after payment and holds your full card details securely with them. We may adjust prices over time, and any change always leaves an order you’ve already placed exactly as it was.
6 · Subscriptions (The Ritual)
- Your subscription charges your saved card each cycle at 12:00 noon (Singapore time), two days before the delivery day, at the price and discount tier shown in your account at that moment.
- Right up to then, you’re fully in charge: edit the box, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel — all from your account, free, and in a tap or two.
- Cancel whenever you like and future charges stop, while any box already paid for still arrives.
- If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try once more the next day, then skip that cycle for you and let you know.
7 · Promotions and referral programmes
Discounts, referral rewards and promotions follow the rules written wherever they’re offered. They apply on their own rather than stacking, unless we say otherwise, and we may refresh or retire them going forward. To keep every reward fair for the people it’s meant for, we may set aside perks gained by gaming a programme — such as self-referrals or duplicate accounts.
8 · Using the site
The words, photographs and brand here are ours, and made with care — so please do ask us first if you’d like to use them commercially, and we’ll happily talk. If you leave a review or send us a few words for our wall, you’re kindly letting us share them with your first name. We ask only that you use the site lawfully and in good faith, so it stays lovely for everyone.
9 · Your rights come first
Your rights always come first. The responsibilities Singapore law won’t let us set aside — fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act — stay fully in place, whatever else these terms say. Beyond those, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss. We’re a juice company, so if something’s ever amiss, we’ll always start by making the juice right.
10 · Events beyond our control
Some things sit beyond anyone’s reasonable control — extreme weather, utility outages, transport disruption — so we can’t always answer for delays they cause. Whenever they touch a delivery, the Delivery Policy sets out exactly how we’ll look after you.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by Singapore law, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. But please, talk to us first — honestly, most things settle in a message or two, and we’ll always do our very best to make things right with you directly.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may refresh these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect from the date posted here and always leaves what came before exactly as it was — and the “last updated” date at the top will always tell you which version you’re reading.
We’re here for you
Please tell us first — a real person reads every message, we’ll reply within 2 working days, and we’ll stay with it until it’s put right.
However long it takes, we’ll see it through with you.
