Terms of Service

Lalaland Juice, Singapore · Last updated 26 July 2026

1 · Who we are, what these terms do

This store is operated by Lalaland Juice, Singapore (“Lalaland”, “we”). These terms govern your use of this site and every purchase on it, together with our Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of them. Placing an order means you accept them.

2 · The product — read this part

Our juice is cold-pressed and not heat-treated. It is a fresh, perishable food:

Our juice is fruit, pressed — we sell it for how it tastes and how a slow morning feels. It isn’t a health product and doesn’t claim to be, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

3 · Your account

You must be at least 18 to purchase (younger, with a parent or guardian). Keep your account details accurate and your login to yourself — orders placed from your account are yours.

4 · Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; it’s accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example an address we can’t deliver to, a clear pricing error, or suspected fraud — in which case anything charged is refunded in full. Delivery days, the change cutoff and handover are per the Delivery Policy.

5 · Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars; the price at checkout is the price that applies. Where GST applies, it’s included. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We may change prices at any time; changes never touch an order already placed.

6 · Subscriptions (The Ritual)

7 · Promotions and referral programmes

Discounts, referral rewards and promotional programmes have the rules stated where they’re offered, don’t stack unless we say they do, and may be changed or withdrawn for the future at any time. We may void benefits obtained through abuse — self-referrals, fake accounts, or gaming of any programme.

8 · Using the site

The content of this site — words, photographs, the brand — is ours; don’t reuse it commercially without asking. If you post a review or send us words for our wall, you let us display them with your first name. Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.

9 · Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Singapore law says cannot be excluded — including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. We’re a juice company; we’ll always fix the juice.

10 · Events beyond our control

We aren’t responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, utility failures, transport disruption). The Delivery Policy says what happens to affected deliveries.

11 · Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Singapore law and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Talk to us first — most things resolve in a message or two. If not, we’re open to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre or through CASE before anyone goes near a courtroom.

12 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; changes apply from the date posted here and never retroactively. The “last updated” date at the top always tells you the current version.

Questions or complaints

Tell us first — we acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and work it to a resolution.

Contact details are on our FAQ page.

Unresolved after that? You may approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Singapore Mediation Centre.
